The Step-by-Step Operation
- Normal Operation – Your chosen primary source (grid, solar or nuclear) powers the entire building at 100% capacity.
- Power Failure Detected – Within milliseconds our Schneider Electric UPS system detects any drop below acceptable voltage or frequency.
- Instant Battery Bridge (0–20 minutes) – The integrated Schneider battery array takes over seamlessly with clean, conditioned power. Your data centre continues running at full performance.
- Automatic Generator Start (within 3 minutes) – Our 450 kW diesel generator receives the start command, reaches full rated speed, stabilises voltage and frequency.
- Seamless Generator Takeover – Once stable, the system transfers the entire load to the generator with zero interruption. The generator then runs for as long as required.
- Automatic Return to Primary Power – When grid, solar or nuclear power returns and is stable, the system automatically switches back. The generator shuts down and the batteries begin recharging.
